Lion Asiwaju (Engr.) Oyedeji Olasunkanmi Olajubu, a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and Nigeria Institution of Civil Engineers, was born to two renowned educationists, Late Prof. (Chief) Oludare Olajubu, Sukoti of Ilare and Late Chief (Mrs.) Bolanle Olajubu, Iyalode of Methodist Church Ilare on the 24th of December, 1965 in Ilare Ijesha, Osun State.

His university education was between 1982 and 1987 at the University of Ilorin where he studied Civil Engineering. Asiwaju Oyedeji went on to become a member of several professional bodies including the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) and Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).

He has with hard work and dedication strode the course of his career through private and public sector in his field. Earlier on in his career he was a dedicated staff of Solel Boneh Groups of Companies where his exemplary work ethics saw him attained the position of Technical Manager, he moved on to join Education Tax Fund (now Tertiary Education Trust Fund).

In November 2007, Asiwaju set out to run Three ‘O’s Nigeria Limited, a construction company he founded in 1993, The Jewel’s Apartment, a hospitality outfit and Trios water and several other now under the umbrella of Three ‘O’s groups of companies

He is a philanthropist and has contributed immensely to communities and society at large. This has gone to fetch him several awards and titles being bestowed upon him. His titles and awards include his appointment as the Asiwaju and Sukoti of Ilare Kingdom in Osun State, as well as been the Basorun of Molade land in Ibadan, award of the Philanthropist of the year by the Nigerian union of Journalist (NUJ). His love for humanity moved him to become a member of a humanitarian body known as the Lions Clubs International where the reward for his selflessness has been the smiles on peoples face and several awards from his district and internationally.
