A powerhouse of purpose and excellence, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ilorin. She further strengthened her academic foundation in Education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from the University of Lagos.
She is an Owner-Manager Executive of Lagos Business School, a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM), and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors (M.CIoD).
With over 36 years of professional experience spanning the Banking Industry, Diplomatic Circle, and Educational Sector, she currently serves as the Director of HD School (HappyDays), Gbagada, Lagos.
As a passionate Lion and committed advocate of service, she has held several leadership positions within Lions Clubs International, including:

She is a graduate of the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) and a Certified Guiding.
Lion. Lion Adekemi Badmos is a Prestigious Melvin Jones Fellow (PMJF) and a holder of the Nigerian Lions Charity Foundation (NLCF).
Her passion for service has led to numerous impactful projects, including the establishment of an O&G Wellness Center equipped with an Eye Slit Lamp at General Hospital, Gbagada, Lagos; the donation of medical equipment to the Primary Health Center, Onigbongbo, Maryland in her capacity as Zone Chairperson; and the facilitation of a patient monitor machine donation to General Hospital, Gbagada, Lagos as Region Chairperson.
