Lion Olakunbi Diana Labiyi is a seasoned Executive Consultant with over 2 decades of cross-sector experience spanning banking, energy, education, security, and management consulting. She brings deep expertise in Human Resources, Procurement, and Corporate Services, with a proven track record in organizational transformation, mergers and acquisitions integration, talent development, and operational restructuring.
A committed member of Lions Clubs International, Lion Labiyi joined the Lagos Marvel Lions Club in April 2023 and has since distinguished herself through exemplary service, leadership, and active participation in district and club activities. She has attended District Conventions, Advisory Council Meetings, and key service initiatives, demonstrating consistent alignment with the mission of Lions International.
Her leadership journey within the association has been marked by rapid growth and impact. She served as First Vice President of Lagos Marvel Lions Club in the 2024/2025 Lions Service Year and currently serves as Club President for the 2025/2026 Service Year. In these roles, she has contributed significantly to strengthening service delivery, enhancing club visibility, and fostering member engagement.
Lion Labiyi has invested in continuous leadership development, successfully completing both the Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) and the Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) in 2024. She has also completed Guiding Lion Training and is advancing her capacity through the Lions Quest Training for Trainers program.
In recognition of her generosity and dedication to humanitarian service, she was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship (MJF) in the 2024/2025 Service Year and elevated to Progressive Melvin Jones Fellow (PMJF) in the 2025/2026 Service Year.
As Assistant District Treasurer, Lion Labiyi brings strong financial acumen, strategic discipline, and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
