Lion Oluwatosin Ijaduola is a distinguished humanitarian, strategic leader, and transformational thinker with over two decades of dedicated service in Lionism. Beginning his journey as a Leo in 2003, he has grown into a highly respected leader whose contributions span youth development, club strengthening, protocol management, and district-level operations.
A former Charter President of the Abeokuta Unique Leo Club and District President of Leo District 404B, Lion Tosin has consistently demonstrated excellence in leadership and service. His tenure as Zone Chairperson earned him the prestigious Best Zone Chairperson of the Year award, while his roles as Chief of Staff to the District Governor and Joint District Convention Committee Chairperson further showcased his strength in coordination, strategy, and execution.
Professionally, he is a results-driven sales leader with over a decade of experience in Nigeria’s FMCG sector. As Regional Sales Manager (Lagos) at Nestlé Nigeria Plc, he has led significant business growth, strengthened distribution networks, and delivered outstanding commercial performance. His expertise spans Trade Marketing, Route-to-Market Strategy, Channel Development, and Capability Building.
Lion Tosin holds an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Biological Sciences, complemented by executive training from Lagos Business School and certifications from the Nestlé Sales Academy. He is also an Associate Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
Widely admired for his humility, strategic mindset, and people-centered leadership style, he is passionate about mentorship, youth empowerment, and collaborative service. A recipient of the Lion of the Year Award (2017/2018), he continues to exemplify excellence, innovation, and impact.
